Job Summary:
The Wind Project Performance Engineer / PMO Analyst will be a crucial member of the PMO, specifically tasked with planning, monitoring, and driving the performance of wind power projects against established benchmarks for cost, quality, and time. This role requires proactive analysis, robust reporting, and close collaboration with Project Managers to ensure optimal project execution and value delivery for wind farm development.
Qualifications:
- B.E / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in project planning, project controls, or a PMO role within the renewable energy (specifically wind power) or large-scale infrastructure/heavy construction sector.
- Demonstrable advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex project data (cost, schedule, resources) and generate actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies (especially Earned Value Management), and the wind project lifecycle, including WTG supply chain and erection.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
